On Thursday June 27, the 11th day of the Big Ride Across America, we crossed the Continental Divide at MacDonald Pass in Montana. We had a relatively short ride of 60.8 miles from Avon to Townsend. The weather was picture perfect and the winds were favorable once again. We will be spending the night camping on the football field at Townsend High School and hopefully getting a good night's rest before we take one another century ride tomorrow. Amazingly I felt really strong today after a so-so day yesterday. I hope it persists for the day tomorrow.
